Shelli Pauly was born in Houston and graduated from the University of Texas Austin with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Economics. Shelli’s interest in real estate began at a very young age as she was surrounded by a family of real estate professionals that focused on all aspects of real estate from developing raw land to the sales of residential and commercial properties. Shelli’s first job in real estate was working as the Acquisition Director at her father’s real estate investment company based in Houston.

 Shelli joined the sales team at Ely Properties in 2003. She has represented numerous tenants in securing rentals of various types not just in the campus area and downtown but throughout central Austin and other parts of central Texas. Shelli has represented the owners of condominiums, single family homes, town homes and duplexes in selling their homes and has also helped many buyers in finding  a place to call home. 

 Shelli loves the many fantastic and unique neighborhoods that Austin has to offer. Shelli takes special pride in her knowledge of these areas and enjoys spending her spare time on the lakes, eating at the food trucks, enjoying the parks and city festivals but most importantly getting to know the people of Austin.
